How long have you been part of the Aardvark team?

I’ve been with Aardvark Communications for a little over three years, joining the team after the merger with another agency.

Tell us a bit about your professional background.

My background stretches across an era of massive change in communications. I started in the industry before HD video existed, when cell phones weren’t common, and the internet was just a couple of years old. Watching the industry evolve—and adapting along with it—has shaped the way I approach digital strategy today.

What do you love most about your profession?

I love helping companies reach their goals. When we help a business go from brand new or unknown to a thriving, multi-location organization, it’s incredibly rewarding. Knowing that our work helps them meet a real need in the market makes every day exciting.

How has the industry changed since you first started?

Honestly, everything has changed. The speed of evolution in communications, advertising, and marketing has been rapid. Not only has the way we deliver messages transformed, but so has the way people consume information and interact with advertising. It’s been fascinating to witness and navigate.

What’s a favorite campaign or project you’ve worked on?

A recent favorite was helping our client, Collins Vision, open a new location in a market where they had zero share of voice. Through a comprehensive advertising plan, we were able to establish them as a market leader in less than a year — and they more than doubled their projected numbers. That was incredibly validating and a lot of fun.

What’s something in your professional life that you’re proud of?

I’m proud of the continuous growth I’ve experienced over the years. The digital landscape changes daily, and I take pride in learning something new every day to stay informed and deliver the best for our clients.

What about outside of work?

Outside of work, I’m most proud of my family. I have an amazing wife of 28 years, four wonderful children, and two grandkids. I feel extremely blessed.

What’s your greatest strength when it comes to helping Aardvark’s clients?

My greatest strength is my ability to navigate the constantly changing digital advertising landscape. Staying ahead of trends and understanding how to apply them effectively allows me to help our clients reach — and often exceed — their goals.
